Anyone interested in finding out more about health and care careers in Kent and Medway, and pathways into these careers.
Whether you are student of any age, looking to change careers, long-term unemployed, looking to develop skills or further your career, the Academy can provide information on all roles available across health and care, and how to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to enter into these positions.
What else does the Academy do?
We want to create a culture of inclusion and equity, grow our workforce, train our people, and work in collaboration and partnership to deliver the best patient care, now and in the future.
